Domestic Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock and we don't make it for any circumstances at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment or EFT. 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our onlinestore are only available for delivery to physical addresses and collections.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 5 to 10 business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on weekends.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the address. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Standard shipping cost is R200

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Refund policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not accept products that are intimate.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and communicate with us to arrange a return by sending the details of your return to:

  1. We charge 10% handling fee on each product order that is been cancelled. 

    To return your product, you must first email us and we will give you a guideline where to ship it to. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
